Only one new-client promotion may be applied per tax return. Promotions, incentives, and referral bonuses are issued only after the IRS has accepted the filed return. Only one referral bonus may be applied per return and per individual. Referral bonuses apply only when the referred person is a new client who files and receives an accepted IRS return. Referral names must be provided at the time of service. Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash or alternate incentives. Smart Girls Enterprises LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. All promotions are subject to eligibility requirements and applicable IRS rules.
